Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted via email: enq@allorajade.com.au within 30 minutes after an order is placed or if your order hasn't been processed or shipped. A 15% fee of your total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover gateway charges and inconvenience. 

Please Note: From the 1 January 2025, Cancellations will not be accepted. After you receive your order, you can return your order to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
