Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not accepted.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

When your parcel arrives, you are welcome to return any eligible item(s) in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

Cancellations During Annual Holiday Dispatch Period 8 February to 24 February 2026
Orders placed during this period are still able to be cancelled prior to dispatch. As payment processing fees are not returned to us by payment providers, a 10% processing and administration fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
