I still have not received this product and am very disappointed

Good day Cathy, I checked your order and tracking status. Your order was delivered to you on the 22 August 2024. Our delivery partner took photo's of your mailbox and of the parcel in your mailbox. I can't add the photos here, but I will email them to you. And I will also email you our delivery partners contact information, so you can lodge a complaint with them directly. I'm very disappointed to read this review, as you have found the time to write this review, but have not found the time to contact us directly and ask about the whereabouts of your order, since you felt that you have still not received it.
