Have not received my order! Received your response I received one bracelet not the 2nd hence the contact. As at today’s day 6/8 still have not received nor heard from business again. I do not recommend to buy!!!

Hello Christine, you keep editing and changing this review, this is now the 4th edit and it's a bit disappointing. When you edit your review, we are not notified of that and I just happen to see it today 11 Sept 24. As of today, you have not emailed us or responded to our emails. You bracelet, both bracelets were delivered to you according to our delivery partner. We can only go off what our delivery partner scans your parcel as, and if it is scanned as delivered then to us, your order was delivered. If you disagree with the delivery company, then a missing item investigation needs to be lodged and this needs to be done asap. You received a "Delivered" email from us on the 19th July, our system can only send this email when the delivery company scans your parcel as delivered. I truly don't understand, why you keep insisting that you didn't receive your bracelet, but won't lodge an investigation with the delivery company. Have a wonderful day, Nat - team Allora Jade
